1. Initial meeting

We strive for a tight cooperation in order to create a perfect profile analysis. By combining our insight with your requirements, we work out a job description that describes a clear profile and serves as a practical source of information for potential candidates. The job description gives a clear description of your organisation and the content of the challenge in terms of competences, personal ambitions and management.
After our initial research and evaluation, we dress - in agreement with you - a shortlist and organise meetings at our office. You meet the candidates consecutively in a professional and neutral environment in order to facilitate the focus on the selection. At the end, we give immediate feedback to the candidate. In order to guarantee a smooth closure and transition, we assist you in the final negotiations and agreement. We keep you up to date on the negotiations, offer, reaction and final agreement continuously.
2. Research & evaluation
